Twenty years ago, the construction industry could do nothing to keep up with thieves. Consider the case of Stuart Michaelson of the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan. There are good reasons for parents of teen drivers to worry. The statistics on teen drivers in the USA are worrisome. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration: Teenage drivers don’t have the experience to recognize and respond appropriately to dangerous situations.
